Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, won the first place at the Student Indoor Cricket Championship in Belgrade organized by the Belgrade Cricket Association and under the auspices of the City municipality of Stari grad. In an exciting final “Mechanics” at the end triumphed over the team of the Faculty of Philosophy by 86/3 : 59. The third participant, ETF (Electrical Engineering) was defeated both times: Faculty of Philosophy – ETF 78/4 : 57,  ETF-Mechanical Engineers 58/5 : 59/2.

The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering side was led by Sakib Hasan, and among the best individuals was Aleksa Đorović. “Philosophers”, led by experienced players Lehman, Burton, Didanović and Dajc failed to retain the title of champion.

The tournament played in the sports hall of the SC “Milan Gale Muškatirović” was officially opened by Petar Bojovic, a member of the municipal council, whilst Radoslav Novakovic, assistant director of SC “Milan Gale Mušaktirović.” awarded the trophy to the winning team.
